The Annual Meeting of the Oak Crest HOA was adjourned to Sunday March 31 at 4pm at 6228 N. Fieldtree Court.

On Sunday 3/24/19 we had 38 lot owners present in person or by Proxy. Although a quorum was present at the meeting, the bylaws require that any act of the membership be passed by a majority of the owners, not just the quorum present at the meeting.  The bylaws also provide that an annual meeting can be adjourned by a vote of those present at the meeting without the need for further notice.  The election of directors is an act of the membership, therefore there must be at least 48 votes cast to validly elect directors.  The quorum present at the meeting voted unanimously to adjourn the annual meeting to Sunday, March 31 at 4pm.  The adjourned meeting will be held at 6228 Fieldtree Court.
